Domestic Shipping Policy
Customs, Duties and Taxes
My Website is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). if there's a problem with your order. need to send the package to our warehouse in china or we company decide.

The packaging of our products may vary depending on the factory. The packaging and packing are produced by the factory.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Most orders placed before 2 pm CST will be shipped out the same day (Monday through Friday).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Seasonal items may not be readily available due to quickly changing inventory levels.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Dtown.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
At this time we ship to select International destinations. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
All international orders are shipped via USPS International Economy. Your order will arrive in 14-28 days after the order is placed.
When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Dtown.com has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

We will gladly help you return your items new and unworn item(s) within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. All returned items must include the Shipping Receipt. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt at our warehouse for issuance of refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Items that are soiled or stained
- Items not returned in original packaging
- Last Chance Sale Items
Dtown does not accept returns of items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
The above items that are not eligible for returns and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
What is Dtown's Return Policy?
All the product that is purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. All products must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
